Paramount Destinations offers dozens of vacation rentals in Corolla on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Corolla is the last village on the Outer Banks, beginning 10 miles north of the Town of Duck. It includes the communities of Pine Island, The Currituck Club resort, Ocean Sands, Crown Point, Buck Island, Monteray Shores resort, Whalehead Beach, Corolla Light Resort, and Corolla Village.
There are several Public Beach Accesses with free public parking, restroom facilities, beach rental equipment and snack bars. Stock up on beach items, play miniature golf, book a charter fishing trip or explore one-of-a-kind shops at TimBuck II Shopping Village, Monteray Plaza, and Corolla Light Town Center.
Historic Corolla Park is home to the most unique attractions on the northern Outer Banks. One of the most notable is the Currituck Beach Light, an all-brick lighthouse that rises 162 feet and is open to the public.
Next, history buffs will enjoy The Whalehead Club which is a lavish hunting lodge that was built one hundred years ago. It has been expertly restored to its former elegance in the Art Nouveau-style.
The Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education is also found on the Park's 39 acres; lectures and displays explain the story of the Currituck watermen and fishermen from earlier times.
Historic Corolla Park is also a wonderful place to view the sunset over the Currituck Sound!
