Community Clubhouse: The clubhouse is located at 105 Four Seasons Lane, and is open daily from 8am-8pm. There is a reading lounge, exercise room, game room, heated indoor pool, heated indoor baby pool, and a sunbathing courtyard with outdoor picnic area. (252) 261-5948
- Lounge: Stone Fireplace, Library, and Sitting Area
- Exercise Room: There is a variety of equipment including weight machines, free weights, treadmills and exercise bikes. For safety reasons, individuals must be 14 years old to use equipment and must have parental supervision until age 16.
- Game Room: Air Hockey, Foosball, Pool Table, Arcade Games, and Change Machine
- Indoor Heated Pool and Heated Baby Pool: Open Year-Round and Kept Between 82 and 84°
- Tennis Courts: Two unlit outdoor courts which require reservations during summer. Reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. The Clubhouse rents rackets and sells tennis balls
- Basketball Court: The Clubhouse rents basketballs.
Outdoor Pool: The outdoor pool is located at 157 Four Seasons Lane, near the oceanfront. The pool is open from 10am to 10pm from mid-may through early October, weather permitting. Restrooms are open from 10am to 6pm. There is also a playground and 26 parking spaces at this complex.
Beach Accesses: There are two walk-overs to the beach. One is located at the end of Four Seasons Lane, and the second is off of Lala Court.
Soundside Pier: There is a soundside pier across Duck Road. There is no parking at the pier, but parking is available at the Clubhouse.
Trolley: Trolley service is available Memorial Day through Labor Day from 9am to 8:30pm. The trolley runs continually throughout the resort and make periodic runs into the Village of Duck. Just wave to the driver for pickup. Drivers take tips.
Gate: The gate is manned during the weekends in the summer and will only allow guests whose house is ready to come into the neighborhood. To activate the entrance gate, please pull up slowly and stop. When the gate opens, proceed through one care at a time. Guests must check in at the Clubhouse upon arrival. Early guests may not use the community amenities in Four Seasons.
Parking: Parking is available in the designated areas by the Clubhouse, outdoor pool and near the beach at Lala Court. A parking pass must be displayed at all times in Four Seasons. Guests can get additional passes at the Clubhouse if needed. Trailers, RVs, boats, recreational vehicles, etc. are not allowed in Four Seasons.
Trash and Recycling: Roll-out and roll-in service is provided for trash and recycling cans on service days. All items should be should be placed completely in the cans. Green and black cans are for trash, and blue cans are for recycling.
